Noor El Marifaa Welcomes Ghadak Delegation

Noor El Marifa Association welcomed a delegation from Ghadak Foundation for Development and Consulting at its headquarters in Gaza City, as part of a coordination visit aimed at strengthening cooperation and supporting the Association’s institutional development efforts.

The visit was conducted under the project titled “Comprehensive Support for Civil Society Organizations in the Gaza Strip, with a Focus on Women,” implemented through the Palestinian NGOs Network in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

During the meeting, the Ghadak delegation introduced the institutional and operational capacity assessment programme and presented the methodology and mechanisms that will be applied throughout the assessment process.

The programme aims to identify areas for institutional improvement, assess existing needs, and explore development opportunities that can enhance the Association’s administrative and operational efficiency.

Both parties emphasized the importance of the assessment process in strengthening institutional performance, improving internal systems and procedures, and supporting the Association’s ability to deliver its humanitarian and community-based programmes effectively and sustainably.

The visit forms part of Noor El Marifa Association’s ongoing efforts to develop its institutional capacities, improve the quality of its work, and strengthen partnerships that serve the Palestinian community, particularly women and the most vulnerable groups.
